HIKED 6 WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE

 

 

CHALLENGE STARTS ON 12TH OF APRIL...

 

This is a challenge for anyone that wants to REALLY push themselves and GET FIT!

 

The challenge will work you hard, it will improve your fitness, strength and your wellbeing. You may even lose a few extra kilo’s you may be carrying…

 

 

HOW IT WORKS

 

You will be following the 16/8 intermittent fasting program which involves eating only during an eight-hour window during the day and fasting for the remaining 16 hours. This fasting is designed to support weight loss, improve blood sugar, boost brain function and increase longevity.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

 

You will be guided in eating nutrient rich balanced meals with a good variety of healthy whole foods, such as:

 

Fruits: Apples, bananas, berries, oranges, peaches, pears, etc.

Veggies: Broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, leafy greens, tomatoes, etc.

Whole grains: Quinoa, rice, oats, barley, buckwheat, etc.

Healthy fats: Olive oil, avocados and coconut oil

Sources of protein: Meat, poultry, fish, legumes, eggs, nuts, seeds, etc.

Drinking calorie-free beverages like water and unsweetened tea and coffee, during the fasting will also help control your appetite while keeping you hydrated.

 

You will receive Meal Planning guidance.

 

You will receive daily coaching and support.

 

You will train a minimum of 3 days per week.

 

Outdoor training sessions in Olinda:

Friday 9.30am – 10.30am

Saturday 8am – 9am

 

Online training sessions:

Tuesday 5.30pm – 6pm

Wednesday 5.30pm – 6pm
