Midweek Hikes: On Mondays, we offer a two-hour hike in the Dandenong Ranges and nearby places that is around 10 kilometers long. All experience and fitness levels are welcome.
Day hikes in all parts of Victoria on Saturday or Sunday.
SUITABLE FOR: Weight issues, general health issues, diabetes, hormone regulation, food intolerances, and changes in lifestyle that affect both the mind and body.

Managing the way you eat usually involves ongoing care and attention.
In follow-up sessions we will help you monitor your progress, continue to motivate and help you towards your goals, and provide you with extra information and advice.
