We motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. We measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments are performed before and after your exercise program to measure your client's improvements in physical fitness. We educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
If you are unable to make your normal session or booking you must book a different time through the system. Events do not carry over into other months.
