We offer small face to face group training and PT sessions, online, challenges, and outdoor adventures.

ONLINE TRAINING – ACTIVE ADULTS
A 30-minute session full of cardio and strength work. Warm up and Stretching you do; we just work you hard for 30 minutes. Casual $12 per session and passes are available or as a Fitness Members you have access to unlimited classes per week.
Our Boxing Fit sessions are designed to combine boxing drills with body weight exercises.
Boxing for fitness is the ultimate in fat burning class and is suitable for experienced or new boxers.
Exercises of varying levels of difficulty and body part focus for a comprehensive, and challenging — yet doable — routine. Circuits can be all strength exercises, all cardio or a combination of both.
Classes may include kettles, bands and much, much more.
MIXED CARDIO BOXING (plan holders only)
Combination of boxing drills with body weight exercises and high intensity cardio to burn fat, tone up and get stronger.
We motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability.
We measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments are performed before and after your exercise program to measure your client's improvements in physical fitness.
We educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
You can either become a Fitness Member below for only $100 per month for unlimited classes or book casually
for $10 per online session or $20 outdoor.
Casual passes for up to 10 classes are also available.
