LIVING TO THE FULLEST AND BEING OUTSIDE ARE IMPORTANT VALUES IN OUR HIKING COMMUNITY
At HIKED, we believe that life is meant to be lived to the fullest, and there's no better way to experience this than by immersing ourselves in the great outdoors.
Our community is built on the values of adventure, exploration, and a deep connection to nature.
We encourage our members to step out of their comfort zones, breathe in the fresh air, and embrace the beauty and serenity that only nature can offer.

By hiking together, we not only push our physical boundaries but also nurture our mental and emotional well-being. Whether it's the thrill of reaching a mountain summit or the tranquility of a forest trail, we find joy and inspiration in every step.
Join us, and discover how living to the fullest and being outside can transform your life.
WE WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE A CHANGE TO HIKED
From the 1st of July 2024 our business will no longer be a Licensed Tour
From the 1st of July 2024 our business will no longer be a Licensed Tour Operator.
We would like to emphasize that Hiked will still be hiking and going on plenty of adventures!!!
Our business will be operating as a “meetup” however we bring nearly 10 years experience operating as a Licensed Tour Operator.

How things will happen:
We will be notifying our followers and the general public when we are heading out for a hike or going on an adventure and provide all the details to join us.
The main difference with our Hikes and Adventures will be that they will be led by qualified and experienced leaders.
We continue to have these values:
-
Provide professional, safe and reliable service to others that focuses on the customer experience.
-
Injecting good humour and a spirit of fun into all we do.
-
Clear and thorough communication at all times.
-
Committing to helping our members achieve their personal goals.
-
Taking an optimistic and flexible approach to challenges.
-
Maintaining our passion for people, the outdoors and adventure.
-
Employing staff who share these values and care for people.
-
Balancing the triple bottom line of environmental stewardship, social equity/well being and economic viability.
Supporting our community with ways to create a healthy mind and healthy body
Heather Kline
Great leaders who are qualified and registered. A diversity of walks some challenging, some enduring and some just beautiful relaxing walks. Great bunch of people to walk with. Great for the mind and soul. Lovely chats along the way if you like and times where you can savour your own time and be within yourself. Best thing I have done for myself.
Jessie Kamperman
I hike with hiked quite regularly. I try and go on one of there scheduled hikes every weekend. For me its been a godsend this group. It gets me out to all these beautiful places that I would not get to if it wasn't for this group. In your forties its very easy to stay in your comfort zone and not venture out anywhere.

I have to admit I am not really a fan of early mornings but this group motivates me to get out there early and driving sometimes a couple of hours for a hike and each time it has been worth it.

If you are a lover of nature and want to get out there. I highly recommend Kate ,Craig and team.
If you have never been hiking or its been a while, Kate runs a lot of shorter hikes to get you started.
Hiking is good therapy.

Dear Craig and Kate, I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to the both of you for your ongoing support and encouragement.
Admittedly when I began the start of my journey with Hiked I was not very fit and each hike I attended I really was hurting. Now I find myself in a great place feeling fantastic, enjoying the new challenges and of course the scenery. And I really attribute this to the both of you.

I went on the beginners hike and loved it! The hike was great for my mind as well as a form of exercise. Kate was so knowledgeable and very encouraging. I will go again.

If people had told me a couple of years ago that I would be walking up mountains, crossing rivers and staying home I'd have said they were dreaming. With the support of the Kate, Craig and Hiked I have achieved more than I could have dreamed of and there is still more to see.
Kirsten Humphries
