Real life reviews

Dear Craig and Kate,
I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to the both of you for your ongoing support and encouragement.

Admittedly when I began the start of my journey with Hiked I was not very fit and each hike I attended I really was hurting.

Now I find myself in a great place feeling fantastic, enjoying the new challenges and of course the scenery. And I really attribute this to the both of you.

How active do I need to be?

Our half-day walks are a little over 10kms over a 3-hour period, which allows for a moderate pace of walking with pauses to hear about the sights and a rest stop for refreshments.  Our full-day walk is 25kms and is for the keen walkers who have experience walking at a reasonable pace over several hours.

Other important stuff:

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land that we are walk on, the Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation, and we recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their elders’ past, present and emerging.

All genders welcome for all hikes, LGBQTI friendly.

We are happy to design bespoke walks for private groups, groups with special mobility or disability needs, as part of an education program, or workplace team building activities.
